Baylham House Rare Breeds Farm is in the middle of the beautiful county of Suffolk in Eastern England and is a small livestock farm breeding farm animals that were once common but are now very rare. It's a great time to bring your whole family to the farm to meet the piglets, feed the goats and let the kids loose in the play area whilst you settle into the calm surroundings with a piece of homemade cake or a cream tea.

A delight for small children to be close to farm animals and to enjoy the countryside. Small , not over commercialised, and above all friendly. Outdoor shoes / boots a must

This is by far the best farm I've ever been on. I have never been anywhere where you could feed cows let alone pet and feed baby pygmy goats! I suggest a spring time visit for all the new borns. We visited right at the...More

Friendly staff as you walk in. You have to pay to look around the farm which during the spring holidays offer Lamb holding and stroking rabbits amonst other activities. A nice afternoon spent which I would say would be nice for children ages between 2...More

We decided to spend the day here with the kids (age 4-6) whilst their school was closed for polling. Fantastic day out. A family run working farm, with lots of different animals to see, no petting unfortunately but the kids were given each a bag...More

Visited here with my girlfriend Sadie, was a beautiful setting and a warm friendly welcome from the lady in charge. We were the only ones there as we arrived very early. Monty is a 5* alpaca :)

So nice to visit a farm that is still a farm and not a pristine, paved tourist attraction. The animals are well kept and numerous and the free bag of feed will last all the way round. The cafe is great, with quick service and...More

A lovely spring day out, which was helped by the sunshine! We were able to hold the lambs, and did't feel rushed in any way. The helpers were all young, but very helpful and knowledgeable about the animals. Our favourites were the pigs, who had...More

Really enjoyed our visit yesterday and would love to come back again. Reasonably priced and a little gem that's just on our doorstep! Loved seeing the range of animals especially the tiny piglets!
