Many shops have closed down and lack of investment in the centre, Falkland Square and the high street, make it all feel rather down at heel. Very sad considering the huge improvements to Bournemouth! Beales is still ok thank goodness. As for the bus station it's a disgrace and should be pulled down immediately!

Seems quite jaded now and Falkland Square, the area just outside is full of litter. Few good places to eat, the old town and the harbour area still has some interesting buildings, shops and pubs but on a wet Saturday in February the place seems to have died! I'm sure its better in the summer!

Ok town quite small inside not too many shops but enough for your essentials, the bus stops just on the outside defo need a facelift! Reminds me of a battered down place in London!

An assortment of good shops topped by the large department store Beales . Cheap eats is food on the go opposite primark inside the centre . Centre is ideally situated with bus station undercover outside this centre .

Had a break in Bournemouth and decided to go to Poole for some Christmas presents. Parking was easy and very cheap. The shops were full of very good offers and I was able to get most of the presents needed. The shop assistants were very helpful and very polite.

I live locally and visit the Dolphin Centre for a couple of clothes shops and the pound shop in Falklands Square even though the centre does have many other shops, you have Sainsburys off the high street but no Asda or Tesco. It has a library, gym and a kids play group, I have eaten in the Centre a few... More

To everyone who would like to park in carpark number 2, please be aware , especially when taking small children with you, it would appear that a human is using the stair well and corner of car park entrance to the stairs as a place to defficate and live. There are other obvious signs and the smell is terrible. I... More

The good thing about the Dolphin Centre is that it is situated off the bus terminal. We did not notice this and took a bus to the quay, but walked through a shopping precinct on our way back which took us into the Centre. You must try the Cornish Pasties at the shop by the crossing-never before seen a railway... More

As a local I am writing about our very own shopping mall. Its not too attractive from the front as it is quite tatty looking at it from the very busy bus terminal and the frontage could do with a revamp. Inside it is spacious and airy with a nice feel over the 2 floors. There is a good mix... More
