Came here late in the day, on a beautiful summers day. Entered the sanctuary around 16:00. Apart from my Dad and I there were two other people looking round. Lovely and quite/ peaceful. Everywhere clean, Seals were amazing and so cute. Enjoyed looking round and seeing everything from snakes to Terrapins. I really enjoyed the sanctuary and would visit again.

Lovely place to visit if the weathers nice, great range of animals to see so it's fun for all the family. A bit pricey if your going as a family especially because they ask for donations once inside.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed your visit. We find that our prices compare favourably to other attractions within the area. We are sorry if you felt pressured in any way to donate, as that is not our intention. We rely solely on donations to allow us to continue our seal rescue work. Thank you for your review. More

I've been going here ,ahem, more than 40 years I love it. It has recently diversified into doing painting pots for the kids if it rains, the staff are all lovely and the seal rescue work they do is invaluable

We saw some lovely baby seals, almost ready for release back into the sea. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed feeding the other animals, which was extremely funny at times. We then enjoyed our lunch in the large cafe there, not expensive either. Plenty to keep the whole family entertained for a few hours.

Wasn't really much there but I love animals so I enjoyed it. Would have been nice to get a proper cup of tea from the cafe, instead of self service overpriced with UHT milk 😩 if you go and watch the seals being fed, they do come around with a money box for additional donations, I noticed this made some... Lovely place very well cared for animals and all seem happy but for £24 for 2 adults 1 child we thought it was a bit overpriced as it was all over within 25 minutes and that was us looking at everything, staff were nice so that itself made it worthwhile but not sure we'd go again just due to the...
