We've visited many religious sites from many faiths, in many countries. This ranks near the top, not least due to their on-site historical library and Treasury. It's near the castle and museum complex, and if you're there on the right day, do attend services there.

A lovely tranquil place just off the shopping centre. The blue ceiling was magnificent. Also lovely to wander around the close and the West Walls.

This beautiful place is quiet and calming. Make sur you look at the miserichords where the choir sits. It's a small cathedral so ideal for taking children around too.

Beautiful Cathedral, very welcoming to visitors. Especially interesting was the visit to the Treasury, with its ample supply of 'Treasures' and a very comprehensive history of Christianity through the ages.

Lovely stained glass and choir but it’s the ceiling that really stands out - glorious! The grounds are also worth a wander although it’s all quite compact.
