We walked through the gardens to get to the sea front from the top and came back via the cabke car. There are quite a few steps so be aware but there may be an alternative path. The setting is really pretty and peaceful.

Lovely gardens to visit if you want a bit of tranquility. The flower beds are beautiful and there are slopes for disabled access.

The squirrels are the highlight in the Italian Gardens, as are the wild birds. The squirrels demand food and sit on peoples knees. I love the shrubbery and wild flowers.

A must if you are on holiday in Scarborough. This is a beautiful walk wether it is in winter or Summer. There are many routes to take through the gardens all coming out at different places on the South Bay, Spa end

No. The Grand is in the town, the Italian Gardens are on the South Cliff. Cross the Spa bridge and you're on the South Cliff, 400ms and you'll find the Gardens on the left. Enjoy
