A real highlight of Scarborough is this park close to the guest house i was staying in. I had a squirrel run up my leg!!! Couldn't believe it. Lovely park with large lake and stream. Bring your camera

Lovely place to visit. There are glorious gardens and beautiful trees. The water features are very picturesque and a fair bit of it is on the flat for people with walking difficulties.

Lovely area for walks etc. There is a new waterpark close by that the kids loved even though it was quite expensive and you had a time limit of only 4 hours for your money

No there's no play park, but there's lots to do around peasholm park. Don't know if there's anything on for half term it's not that sort of park that I know of.

I've done a quick google and would have to say no. There should be a daily organ recital at 3pm but not on Sundays. Next concert should be 21st August
