Took a small organised bus tour to the filming locations around the farm and also Highclere Castle. Was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the castle and surrounds. Met the Lady Carnarvon, who was very lovely and eelcoming.

Great for anyone, not only Downton Abbey fans. The house is splendid and the guides are very knowledgeable. Grounds are best appreciated on a sunny, dry day.Several outlets for food and drink at sensible prices.

Had tickets for a present as this was somewhere we were keen to visit. Must say we weren’t disappointed. We arrived at 10.30 and the queue for the house was minimal. The guides in each room were very knowledgeable and keen to share their expertise....More

Absolutely stunning house, lovely to walk around inside and out and have tea and cake in their tea room.
