Went recently to an afternoon screening of Black Panther. Self service ticket machine so staff interaction was minimal, but the one who pointed me to the screen was polite. Screen clean, sound good and other patrons were not too bad in general either. Ticket prices...More

I went with my family to the cinema over the Christmas period to see the new Star Wars. The foyer was messy with popcorn on the floor. Staff were rude and not patient. When I went to the cinema and sat down the room had....More

Compared to other Cineworlds nearby (Hemel, MK, Stevenage) the Luton one is terrible and in desperate need of refurbishment. It's not changed a bit since it opened in the late '90s and we tend to avoid it now, preferring to drive a while up the...More

Been here on many occasions. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere good. Only think am disappointed about is that they don't have a lot of big screening rooms or they do but don't tend to play movies in there unless it's one of the big...More

We were paying by cash but the reception tills were closed, so had to pay at the "popcorn" desk. We queued for over half an hour, but luckily we were quite early. It was hot and smelly and customers were getting really p*ssed off standing...More
