Worthing is a bit of a sad place overshadowed by its near neighbour - Brighton. The museum could do with a makeover. Too many displays of fossils and no real theme. There did appear to be an interesting costume collection but it is not my...More

We are sorry to hear that you found the Museum a bit old fashioned. From reading your comments it seems that you did not find Worthing itself such an interesting place. The majority of people tend to compare Worthing to Brighton and it is easy...More

Exhibits include huge collection of vintage clothing. Also collection of toys. Local history and changing themed displays and events. Space limits some displays but major expansion plans announced earlier this year.

Extremely interesting museum and free entry as well. Only criticism would be that there was not a very good guide to moving around and we were not sure whether we saw it all or not.
