We go to brooklands quite often. It has plenty to keep the grandchildren occupied and a lovely cafe where you can get a full meal or just snacks or drinks.

I have 7 grandchildren and they all enjoy a trip out to Brooklands. Play areas are excellent and the cafe is good value

Great park to visit with children. There is a railway and childrens park and other attractions. Of course also lovely views across the ponds as well

Nice small park and lake on the seafront. Small train for the kids, occasionally runs, not a long journey. Cafe and entrance need a good revamp and some time and money spent on it. Worth a walk around in your in the area.

Yes dogs are allowed but only on leads and not in any buildings. But there is some outside seating.
