This is a perfect venue for the weekend or halfterm when the weather isn't so good! We live locally so pop along for a wander and a bit of a shop!

Lovely day out at the Metro Centre. Loads of great shops and not to busy for a Saturday. Loads of places to eat if you fancy a snack or even a proper meal.

The Metrocentre is the original shopping mall! I love it. It's like a gentle transition from the 1980s to now! Lots of choice to spend and dine. Worth a visit :)

Overall a decent place to shop as it has all of the usual shops you would expect from a large shopping centre. There are a few good ones such as Zara, House of Fraser, M&S and French Connection and ample places to eat which should satisfy most people tastes.

The Metro Center is a huge in door shopping center. It has it's own multiplex cinema, pub, 100's of shops and restaurants serving food from around the world. Parking is free and you can always easily find a space. It has a amusement center that the kids will love. It's a great summers day stroll on a winter / rainy day. Even... More

The Metrocentre is the largest indoor shopping centre in Europe and despite its size delivers on everything. From the normal high street chains working side by side with the smaller independents to create a harmonious shopping experience. While also offering several eateries covering several food genres and I have to say that if you can't find a food option to... More

I work abroad, however I visit the Metro Centre a couple of times a year when visiting my parents. The metro still has a good selection of shops, all under one roof, all and is worth a visit for a days shopping. Parking at the metro is free. Also a fair selection of eating places, although many of those are now fast food type restaurants. I... More

I'm sure this is one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe. It has a newly refurbished restaurant and eating section, a huge odeon cinema, every shop you could possibly want to look in, plenty of cafes and things to do for the kids. It's always clean and the opening hours are great especially for those who work during the... More

Very well presented and good selection of stores however as with most shopping centers try to avoid on a busy Saturday afternoon as parking and local access can be troublesome, we visited on a Saturday morning, very easy to park and inside the mall was quite pleasant. Good selection of eateries inside .
