Marvelous place for all the family to visit. Kids can go looking for the Nothe fort mice. Reasonable food. Watch out for the whistling gunner. (the Nothe Fort ghost)

Wonderful fort, the volunteers were so helpful. The lift meant that all levels were accessible, even with a buggy. The displays were interesting, covering all stages of the fort's history, and the building of Weymouth harbour. Cafe was lovely, and there is a small playground...More

Didn't plan to go here, a walk took us there and we decided to go in. Tour was actually really really interesting, easy to follow and lots of salvaged historical items to see. Plus fantastic views at the top. 100% recommend!

A place that can be overlooked, and not necessarily easy to get to, Nothe Fort has spectacular views across to Portland, and Weymouth and the Nothe pub en route when you need a 'pit stop' !!

Hi I am bringing eight sea cadets aged ten to twelve from Bristol to Weymouth July 16 -17th and am wondering wether to pay you a visit. AS I have not been there myself could you advise me if there is anything that would appeal to this age group within the fort as funds are very limited. Many thanks Mary.

Lots of military history land and naval, have a little competition to see who can count the most mice dotted around the place
