Visited here for lunch and for a few drinks one evening. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Saw a singer one evening which was good fun.

Popped in for afternoon drink with children. Very nice staff. Lots of outdoor space but could be vastly improved. Some children's play stuff but not in good condition and no nice seating around it. A lot of nicer looking places nearby.

We had a carvery for our Sunday lunch, at only £8.95 it was money well spent, it was are second visit to this restaurant, and it was just as good as the first time!

Have visited this bar many many times over the years and entertainment to say the least can very variable! On this occasion, entertainment excellent! Local reggae artist Derek Sandy on Saturday 9 July was top notch and deserves to make it big time! Hailing from Trinidad originally he now appears to have settled in the Isle of Wight. Sang a... Friendly hotel, the food was excellent, the staff were really engaging with the guests even the younger ones. Could not fault this hotel at all, clean rooms, comfy bed and very attentive to the needs of the guests. Entertainment on all nights that we stayed. The hotel has a pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, I didn't use any of those facilities... More

Popped in for a drink on a sunny evening. Pleasant enough and average prices, but nothing to set it apart. Sat outside, with great view of the old town / Main Street which was nice. Live music at weekends, but again very run of the mill.

Very friendly hotel. We stopped for a drink and were interested in seeing a family room for a future stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A lady showed us around the family room and also some of the other hotel facilities. A nice little hotel in a beautiful location.

£3.20 for a pint of lime and soda water, outrageous price. When I queried it the girl behind the bar snarled at me. Toilets stank like a Zoo, cold water to wash your hands in! Outside benchs have seen better days !!
