Visited here and was really pleased to see how the donkeys are looked after so lovingly and treated with such care. Without the sanctuary these donkeys would have no where to go. Visit if your in the area and donate where you can to keep this loving home for donkeys running. Keep up the good work! Xx

I love visiting this sanctuary, it has such a feel-good factor. Such beautiful animals, so placid and loveable, they are a joy to interact with. The entry is free but donations are very welcome as this is their only income. There is a cafe, a bric a brac shop, and an Adoption scheme where you can sponsor an individual donkey.... More

Very well run and organised farm. Friendly and helpful staff who are obviously knowledgeable. Lots of friendly and inquisitive donkeys to see and interact with. Great cafe with delicious coffee as well as gifts to buy. Highly recommend.

Mingling with the Donkeys is an experience that young and old alike will get so much out of. They have the ability to relax you and make you feel content with life.

The donkeys are so obviously loved and in lovely surroundings and visitors can get close to see them. There is also information on the donkeys. A calm and tranquil place would definitely visit again.

There were times in the past ,during our struggles of late 2012 and early 2013 , when we didn't think we would survive long enough to get another 100 reviews let alone 1000 ! However... More

We go to the donkey sanctuary every time we visit the Isle of Wight. A wonderful place for all the family. Entry is free and they often have games and things to do, such as walk the donkey or brush the donkey for a small fee, which goes to the sanctuary. They have a cafe where you can have lunch... More
