If you like donkeys, a visit to the Donky Sanctuary is a must if you are staying anywhere on the Isle of Wight. They are doing wonderful work in giving a safe haven to old, tired, sick donkeys that they rescue and bring back to good health and safety. They welcome volunteers, but need financial support. You can visit the... More

We visited the donkey sanctuary today with our little pug dog (on a lead, of course). What a splendid place and how nice to see how well these beautiful equines are being cared for! We left a donation of course and hope others will do the same. Highly recommended for all members of families.
