The Isle of Wight Zoo is home to one of Britain's largest collection of tigers, many of whom are rescue animals. With several superb new enclosures modeled on natural tiger habitats in India, the zoo is a fantastic place to see these wonderful animals relaxing. A number of other animals also live there, including lemurs, jaguars and lions. Family friendly with disabled access throughout.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this small but perfectly formed zoo! The animals looked very happy and healthy and were easy to see as the enclosures are quite small (but not too small for the animals). The food in the restaurant was good too.

Apart from the rescued beautiful lions, tiger & leopard, and a just few meerkats/monkeys/lemurs, the zoo was rather disappointing & facilities rather tired. After the cost of parking & then entrance fee, it is expensive for an hour or two visit. The focus is definitely...More

The animals are extremely well cared for and are kept in good enclosures. The lady doing the talks was extremely good and obviously cared about the animals and they responded to her very well. Just a small zoo but obviously a very worthy charity for...More

Not the biggest zoo, but definitely well worth a visit. Despite small size, plenty to see including lions, tigers, the obligatory meerkats, and a stunning Jaguar. We walked round a couple of times, and each time found something different, or an animal that had not...More

I don't think dogs are allowed unless guide dogs as it can upset the animals. And if I remember rightly it was just over £10 per adult child was £7 I think. You can see online
