This park is built on a hillside and has paths that are sometimes extremely steep! It is showing its age, with some of the dinosaurs showing damage and wear and some enclosures looking tatty and a bit run-down with sad-looking animals The train ride, in...More

This park is so much fun.. It is not huge but big enough to fill the day without being overwhelmed, the highlight of our day was most definitely the train ride (it costs £1 per person). The park is on a cliff edge so be...More

Yes it's steep but it's really well put together. Our 2 year old loved it, even on rainy day. Finished off with a great time in the soft play. Would strongly recommend. Advise against using a push chair!!

Set in a tucked away location which makes for the perfect setting to explore the variety of attractions it has to offer. From interesting facts at every station for older children to small children who can enjoy the petty Zoo. There's fun for all the...More

There is a lot packed in to a relatively small space. Apart from the animals, the grounds have been planted up with a variety of trees, shrubs and bamboos among which are hidden several animatronic dinosaurs. Due to its location, built into the side of...More

Very nice day out to show children some animals. You don't need to spend all day there either. Friendly staff and place was clean. Very hilly so be prepared to do lots of walking.

I visited with my husband, 7-year old son and 3-year old daughter in August. After visiting other Dinosaur Parks in England, I wasn't expecting to enjoy the day as much as we all did. The dinosaurs actually roar and move and are placed throughout a...More

Vistied here with my nephews and family kids loved it - sea lion show was better than other things going on, very hilly path for parking - take a picnic.

If you mean Ilfracombe harbour, then it's not within walking distance. it's 20 minutes by car, and 37 minutes by train.
