I used to come here every year as a child but I haven't been for a while. Today a friend and I were passing through Banchory so we decided to have a look to see if there were any salmon jumping and we saw three :)

I am sure that the falls are more spectacular after much rain but at the time of our visit there had been a prolonged period without any significant rainfall. The volume of water going through was not great. Still worth a visit and a photo and of course a visit to the tea room opposite. We will have to come... More

The falls are very impressive and the information on salmon fishing is interesting, BUT come on a sunny day as it poured when we were there so photo opportunities were non-existent. Sadly we did not see any salmon jumping but locals assure us that this is the best place to see them at the appropriate time of year. Car parking... More

We found the falls on here and a map and we're hoping to find some good hiking and views of the falls. There are views of the falls, however it is only from the footbridge they built over the falls. So you can't even get good photos, really. Plenty of parking and toilets, so we thought there would be more... More

Parked car in car park and walked back to Bridge of Feuch where we could see the Falls of Feugh. Very popular with tourists.

Lovely falls - easy to get to - free parking & excellent cafe / restaurant. Well worth the short walk from Banchory High Street.

I went and visited the Falls of Feugh on the 14th April, The place had a great environment and staff were so lovely. A blonde waitress was happy to talk to me about the view and was very kind and genuine. The food overall was great and had a really good view of the falls from my seat. will be... More

A pleasant stop off at this beauty spot. The falls aren't especially spectacular, but worth a look and perhaps a cup of tea.

I just parked my car up nearby and then came to the bridge to have a look, there are some really wonderful views but I don't know about paying for a tour or something like that.

We stopped next to walk way and thoroughly enjoyed the view from the bridge of the falls....I believe in summer one can see the salmon swimming up the river. Worth a visit
