Tasting was a nice treat here, the information provided by the posters on the walls was good. The presentation with pictures throughout the ages could do with some updating (its just a few pictures of wine farming & mosaics). I would recommend if you’re passing,...More

We both like wine, so decided to stop and look at the museum. Being off-season, it wasn’t particularly busy, and a cat had been put in charge of collecting entry fees. Michaelangelo then followed us around, while Maria, his friend, explained the history of wine...More

It's a collection of artefacts and a naff PowerPoint slide show. Our 'guide' was very hard to understand, gave a lightning tour of a few things, like 5 minutes, sat us down to watch the PowerPoint and told us to go downstairs for tasting. It...More

You will need to pay to go in, it is interesting to hear the history and the tour guide was great. Tried a few wines, rose and commandaria were Nice! They sell there own brand. If you're passing through it is an interesting little stop

Very informative, good wine tasting, near Limassol. The prices for wines are higher (than in mountains), but OK. Good commadaria.

A small museum that gives interesting insights into (one of) the world's first wine cultures. The wines on sale are not spectacular for the price though.

Cyprus Wine Museum in the Erimi village was another out of the way but highly recommended attraction. Seven euros got me a mostly self-guided tour (with some brief introduction from staff), tasting (barely more than a sip) of three wines and three spirits produced at...More

Do yourself a favor and stop in here if you are interested in wine. They give a good overview of the wines of the region. Good before you go on your winery tour.
