We visited this place on a slow day and had a nice stoll there. Buddha statues are nice however if You've seen the Big Buddha, its tough to get impressed by these. The unpleasant side was that right after we arrived another scooter came as...More

We visited Wat Cheri today as part of an island cab tour - it was the highlight of our trip - beautifully peaceful and with wonderful views. We were the only people there when we visited. A stunning sleeping Buddha and one not to miss.

Discovered quite by accident. Very fortunate to have a car, because the approach was very steep. Lovely views down the south coast of Koh Samui. A gleaming reclining Buddha and a baby Buddha. A monk was sweeping the steps when I arrived. Very isolated and...More

Seating buddha is one of the most visited places on Koh Samui. I can recommend the trip with car, the road is bit hard for bikes or motorbikes.

We were staying 1km away so walked to the temple up a steep but reasonably short road. Lovely place with great views. Remember to wear appropriate clothing if you go

We found this temple almost by accident, whilst driving round the island. The road up to it is very steep, with a sharp bend. After parking, there is a walk up to the temple up a steepish hill. At the top, there is a large...More

We took a taxi that mastered the steep road to the car park at the bottom of the Wat. The place is very quiet an peaceful and it offers great views across the south coast and the neighboring islands. Very nice place indeed!

By chance we found this quiet inspiring place. Beautiful views and a great place for meditation. At this point, a lot of variety for lovers of photography. Impressions excellent. I would like to come back here many times.
