Beautiful
Aug 2019
A beautiful reserve with a nice variety of flora and fauna. There are some very decent and caring locals who work tirelessly to keep it clean on a voluntary basis. Worth a visit any time of the year.

Small but Interesting
Jun 2019 • Solo
This is only a small reserve bordering the North Wales Coastal Path. Worth a detour off the coastal path to see the many plants and you are likely to see a few skylarks.

Good walking area for young children and dogs
Aug 2018 • Family
Good signage about the different plant life and animals. Perfect if accompanying young children who don't want to walk too far. Fun spotting birds, lizards and other wildlife that you'd normally miss.

A NICE PLACE TO VISIT..GREAT WHEN YOU STAY ON SUNNYVALE CAMP
Jul 2018 • Family
while staying on sunnyvale camp [AS IT IS RIGHT NEXT TO]we visit several times during our stay. plenty of fantastic views of all surrounding area ..great on a clear day. it has viewing platforms and seating area, all easy to get to via wooden pathway, can be a bit bumpy if taking a pram or trolley along. the area is well maintained now. the whole area was when we first visited in 1994 just sandunes and wasted space. there was a an old boat that had been left on the dunes that had GRANDADS BOAT wrote on it..my children for years and years called this area grandads boat..well before it became a nature reserve.
