I visited with my friends and enjoyed a lot in the month of May 2018. You can enjoy rafting if you are on the way to Pokhara from Kathmandu.

The Trisuli river is believed to be originated when Lord Shiva stuck his trident on the ground. It is easily accesible from both Kathmandu and Pokhra. There are rafting facilities on this river as well.
