Great afternoon out. Really knowledgable and easy to chat to. We are not locals so was also great to see the surrounding areas whilst walking. The walk was quite slow paced (alpaca paced) due to them wanting to enjoy the grass as well but that means it should be perfect for every walker. After getting the safety brief and building some trust with the alpacas (Max and Zorro) it felt like we were able to walk them on our own with a little assistance should we need it, rather than us just tagging along.

We had a fantastic time this morning alpaca trekking with Jess. We were made to feel very welcome and loved every minute of our time there. The trek is an easy pace, plenty of time to take in the beautiful views of the Tamar Valley, they are stunning views too, we found it a nice relaxing de-stressing experience. Jess has a great way of explaining their work on the farm, it's great to hear how sustainable they are and the work they do. The cream teas went down really well, very tasty. Was nice to sit in the orchard after the walk and watch the goats and alpacas whilst we enjoyed the cream teas. Would highly recommend this to everyone, is great for all ages.

Myself, my husband and our 12 year old granddaughter had wonderful experience walking the alpacas at Jeans Farm. We initially had a very informative introduction and learnt lots about these gorgeous creatures before being allocated a named alpaca on a carefully positioned lead to head off at a leisurely pace, accompanied by the playful goats across the fields. Each of the alpacas seemed to have individual characters but all had gentle temperaments and beautiful coats. We ended our afternoon with a delicious home-made cream tea in the orchard barn. Our grandaughter was sad to have to leave ‘Patrick’ behind, having had a ‘conversation’ with him throughout the entire walk.

My daughter and I had a wonderful trek this morning with Snowy and Max, just two of the lovely alpacas at Jeans Farm. It was nice to meet Jess who told us about the alpacas and made our trek very enjoyable. It was a bonus being able see the beautiful countryside views, so peaceful. We then had a very nice cream tea sitting near the alpacas outside in the sun, a blissful morning.

A truly memorable experience for our family of five. We loved walking the alpacas in the most wonderful setting with breathtaking views of the landscape. This is a large farm which is run by a couple in an exemplary way that demonstrates how farming and helping the environment can go hand-in-hand. Then there’s those delicious home made cream teas …

It was such an amazing experience which we finished off with a lovely cream tea whilst watching the alpacas and goats in their field. Jess was a wonderful host! I’d recommend this to everyone!

Had an amazing Alpaca Trek today followed by yummy cream tea sat in the sunshine in peace watching the alpacas and goats go about their day!
Highly recommend booking a trek! And we are looking forward to seeing announcements of things Jess would like to add! I’m so glad we took the plunge and booked this! The views were lovely, Jess’s knowledge and passion was inspiring and the cream tea was a perfect treat at the end 😍😍
