Was an interesting visit checking out the local art. Was disappointed to hear conversations about the indiginous peoples that sounded just like home...stereotyping them as lazy drunks ect. When will people wake up and recognize we are all one and the same...human beings who want Love and kindness and a place to grow. We are all the same.

Unless you're with a local and in a car, it's very easy to miss the turn off to the side street for this place on the junction of the stuart highway and arnhem highway. It requires private transport to go there. As far as the Art is concerned it's a real shame. They have the most amazing digeridoos for sale,... More

I stopped by to have a look around. There was some beautiful and interesting art on display in two containers. But the place was deserted. I eventually gave up trying to find someone. I would have rated this 4 or even 5 star if someone had been there to talk to, answer questions, etc.

Stopped by on Monday 18 May only to find it was closed for refurbishment - so disappointed! Not sure what rating to give as 'N/A' not an option....hence 'average'.

We visited this establishment just to browse and view some of the artwork done by locals, and was astounded at the quality of art work, so much better than what you would see in Souvenir shops. We spent some time talking with the owners Janice & Denis, and found them very informative and approachable people, not just there to sell... More

Definitely a place to visit for genuine aboriginal art. I purchased a hand painted didgeridoo by Sharon Numina and think its fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I learnt what exercises to do to get the ole lips relaxed and vibrating properly and got a quick demo on how they should be played. Why is it musicians make... More

We bought 3 boomerangs and a didgeridoo that are handpainted by Aboriginals. A much better quality than the souvenirsversion you buy in most shops. We even got a short lesson in how to play a didgeridoo and what the painted symbols mean. Very friendly staff. The didgeridoo we bought was not finished, so we arranged for it to be sent... More
