Overlooking the Gulf of Oman. Fantastic place. It is full of small beaches between the mountains. And the color of the turquoise water. And places to hunt for fish.

Really enjoyed a break here at Qantab beach. Very beautiful surroundings and the locals are incredibly friendly. Take a swim in the bay (32 degrees C water temp when I visited) or sit and watch the local fishermen mending their nets.

It is a nice and deserted beach but it should be clean more often and also add some beach shops around.

best for swimming. go past the main beach with the boats and to the beach at the end. clear water and no crowds.

dear its almost 11 km or so from the place you stay. waliking or cycling will depend on how you take the sports. a drive would take 1o minutes from your hotel. cheers

Qantab beach is open for public, you are more welcome anytime ,you only need to book if you plan to go on boat ride for dolphin watch or snorkeling or coastal trip
