Very close to Muscat and ideal for camping

Beautiful beach. Plenty of different parts to park up and enjoy a day there. You can be as secluded as you please. There's a part that's common then for camping. I loved camping... read more

You may need a SUV vehicle to reach to the nice beach, but once you are there you will enjoy the swimming, fishing. You need to take all your supplies with you because there is not many shops or variety stores around there

Beautiful beach. Plenty of different parts to park up and enjoy a day there. You can be as secluded as you please. There's a part that's common then for camping. I loved camping there. You're not too far from home and it's so peaceful. Wake up to a morning dip then.

You could pitch your tent, have a picnic, unwind away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This is a beach to spend time on.

Yiti beach was among our list of places to go in Muscat. The way to get there was very scenic, with beautiful mountains and wavy roads. It's actually not far from Muscat City Center. It took us about 35-40 min to get here. The beach is very secluded, though very beautiful, me and my wife did not feel very comfortable... More

Another nice beach with a lot of space. Sea is usually calm and good for a swim. If you move around can find nice treks and secluded beaches as well in Yiti area. avoid during long weekends as it gets really crowded and noisy...

Nice sand and very clear waters at this medium sized beach. We were the only people there for the majority of our visit one morning during our stay in Oman. Really lovely. There are no facilities here - no changing rooms, toilets, cafes etc, so be prepared - it is just a nice beach!

We went for the water and rock formations which both turned out to be great, but the village itself was filled with mystery snd intrigue. While crawling along through the goat filled narrow lanes and alleyways we spotted smoke and smelled meat on a grill. Almost immediately a lovely local gentleman motioned for us to pull over and stop. I... More

A quiet nice place, not far from Muscat and/or the Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa. Easy accessible and a nice stop on your way to As Sifah
