Came by this place walking round town. Needed some more information about the place. The view for the top off the graves is great.

It is worth the climb and you can then go to the castle and visit the museum in Castellina. The tomb is on top of the hill and has fabuous views

Just a 3 minute walk from the town an ancient tomb. Hidden from view of the town is an old burial ground. Perhaps because of the time of year we were there - we had the site to ourselves. A great way to spend 20 minutes wandering around an ancient site......

As others have said, plenty of parking space- including provision for camper vans. A little walk to reach the tombs. Apart from walking through and viewing the tomb with its chambers there is not much else to see.

Interesting history regarding the Etruscans. Tombs are open and do not contain anything but still interesting to visit.

You will see the sign from the main road, but if you drive up there isn’t parking. The large parking lot is about 50 yards before or after depending on which way you are coming and well marked. Short walk up the hill and hit the button on the box when you get to the top for light. Information in three languages at bottom of hill- read before you go up.

Worthwhile visit on the way to Castellina. If you are into tombs. Some artifacts are displayed in the town museum.

Interesting place, free of charge and easy to reach on foot from the town. Could be more explanation of the history...

Passing through Castellina we stumbled upon the Etruscan tombs. Short uphill walk from car park. Wouldn't go out of my way but good to see. Made us Google the history. 15 mins light switch wasn't quite enough!
