Relax!

We stayed here the whole day, enjoyed a massage and the baths. We had also lunch, which was good. All in all a perfect relaxing day!

The place was clean and well organized, however it was not worth it. They described 12 separate activities and although there were that many, some of them were as simple as sitting in a room with strange music. The hot tub was not hot, just warm, and the jets rotated at a fast annoying pace which made it stressful. In... More

This was a fantastic way to spend the day. The place is not very well signed and it would be helpful to have signs from the big road so you know where to turn off and better signage out front. There is a lovely casual restaurant there where we had mineral water (you can have wine), organic salads and lovely... More

I was booked for a Tibetan massage, as it was all they had left. First of all, the spa is extremely confusing and hard to find if you're dropped off at the main entrance, as I was--no clear signage to follow. I stumbled upon it by accident. Second, I was given a little old man masseuse and told to put... More

I spent one morning, 3 hours. The place is ok, but not great, the water place is small and it doesn't have many different pools

The spa itself was ok, some pools with music and coloured light were good, but the whole experience was far from relaxing. There's no proper signage once you get to Chianciano and this is a problem because there are several spas. When we entered the spa the whole reception area was deserted: nobody to ask, no signs, cafe closed. After... More

I went to this spa not really expecting to stay there for the full 3½ hours my ticket entitled me to since I am not good at relaxing and doing nothing for long.. But I was wrong. I ended up leaving 1 minutes before I had to. Personal favorites: Emotional shower and the warm tub with music and changing colors... More

Small spa with friendly service. Towel, bathrobe, shampoo, soap and shower cap (mandatory in the pools) provided by the spa, guests need to bring their own sandals. Spa had pubbling pools in-and outdoors, couple of saunas and a mud room. Nice enough couple of hours for a rainy day. But nothing spectacular compared to any alpine spahotels. Not a bargain.

On our honeymoon, we spent a day at the spa in Chianciano Terme. We were a bit confused by the spa at first, but quickly figured it out with the help of one of the friendly staff. We greatly enjoyed the different thermal elements and spent a great deal of time there. We complemented our stay at the spa with... More

I have visited many spas in Europe of the similar concept and this is a very average little facility with multiple thermal experience stations. If you are new to it, you will truly enjoy the guided experience path. But is is far cry from Ischia(Italy) or German thermal parks
