Stayed here for two nights on a walking holiday and could have stayed a week. Family owned and we felt well looked after by everyone! Fab food and on a lovely terrace and so tranquil (end of September) Great spot to linger on the Amalfi coast

We were staying at our hotel in Sorrento (Hotel Villa Fiorita) and had to get a bus to the station then got a ticket to Marina del Cantone, and waited for that bus. The journey was ok and we arrived at the beach, beautiful little place, its quieter than Positano beach, we'd been there the day before, and there were... More

We walked to the church on the hill in Termini. On looking down we saw this place on the coast so decided to do a quick visit. There is a car park inland from the beach for 5 euros an hour. The place is quite small but perfect for an afternoon visit. Plenty of restaurants next to beach with great... More

The beach is stony so sunbeds (available for hire) are a must. There are several tours (Amalfi/Capri) available. The restaurants are designed for a quick turnover, all seemed ok but somewhat repetitive. There are two shops, neither particularly noteworthy, and a cash-machine. Having said all this, it seemed a very popular spot with locals, which is perhaps a better guide... More

We were missing the proper beach in Sorrento and wanted to go for a ride around the area. This little town ticked many boxes (beach, no tourists, authentic) so we reached it in 30 min from Sorrento. We were not disappointed - lovely views from the road, easy to find, in total contrast to Sorrento as not crowded, good street... More

We walked down to the Marina from the city center, which is very small and lovely--just to take in life like the locals do. After a few beers, I was able to hook up a spot on a small boat heading out the next morning for a dive...and it was incredible! Not far from Capri, small secret spot the Captain... More

This is a little known beach with lots going on. Beautiful clear water, gently lapping waves. We stayed at La Certosa (Sep review). The marina has boat trips and lots of lovely snack bars and restaurants. It is popular with locals and everyone is friendly and helpful. It is very family orientated and this is life for the Italians and... More

Beach is clean and quite wide. But don't expect soft sand under your feet. Beach has small round stones so swimming shoes can be useful, bu not necessary. You can buy refreshments from beach cafeterias. Changing rooms, toilets and fresh water showers are all available.

Lovely clean beach, sparkling clear water although very pebbly. Expensive to hire beds for sun lounging although very pretty area.

Lovely place for a swim! However, be aware, as you enter to go onto the beach you can choose Mary's Beach or Afrika. We went with Mary's beach and were completely ripped off by the young boy who led us to our parasol .We were charged 25 euros, and should have been chase fed 15 e ( 5e each sun... More
