The church is small but the history is large! A lot of tourists walk by without a look side, but make point to visit the catherdral and enjoy the peacefulness it has to offer. The stained glass is very impressive near three o'clock! Take time...More

So many beautiful Duomos in Italy - almost skipped this one (on our way from Rome to Siena) - but glad we did not. Beautiful art, sculpture and floor.

We visited the church and the art was amazing with painting and sculpture that were hundreds of years old. The duomo itself was beautiful.

We were in Italy for 19 days and saw so many beautiful churches including this one. The town is absolutely wonderful. We will return.

Pretty impressive cathedral for a town the size of Montepulciano. Not overly decorated but very elegant. There is currently work restoring the main altar being done. The scaffolding went up in late May / early June. The rest of the church is still open.

this was our favorite church in our Tuscany road tour. Simple and elegant - very calm and peaceful and different than the many spacious cathedrals in the larger cities. Don't miss it!

Compared to other churches in Italy, this one is nothing special. Much nicer is Temprio di San Biagio outside of the centre.
