Incredibly fun afternoon learning to cook some italian specialties including gnocchi with pesto, salt fish, eggplant parmesan, flourless chocolate almond cake. They have a standard menu for their classes but made changes to accommodate for our groups food preferences. The chef and his assistant were great. Prosecco flowed during the cooking portion of the class. Dinner was the food we... More

We booked this class in advance as it is very popular. There were six of us in a group with three people working with us on the staff. We were involved in preparation , advised of the reasons why it was done a certain way. It was designed very efficiently including a pizza margarita, zucchini tart, gnocchi with pesto and... More

We had a amazing time with Luigi and Chef Angelo. We made from scratch fresh tomato sauce ,eggplant parm, gnocchi, pesto, pizza and chocolate almond cake. We enjoyed hearty pours of prosecco throughout the class and lots of laughs. The gift bag of recipes, apron, and gnocchi board was nice. We spent 2 hours preparing the food and then enjoyed... More

I loved the cooking class. The Chef Giuseppe was very thrilled and gave us many interesting tips. In 2 hours we cooked pizza, eggplant parmigiana, gnocchi, tomato sauce, pesto sauce, and chocolate cake. All from scratch. Prosecco was served for inspiration while we cooked. Awesome! The food came out delicious. Our husbands joined us for tasting later on. We had... More

Fun cooking class making some Italian classics. We made eggplant parmigiana, pizza, gnocchi with pesto and chocolate and almond cake. They are very generous with the prosecco throughout the cooking process, and then wine is provided as you eat your food. Our group struggled to get through all the food and wine. It was really fun, and we are going... More

Not only were we on our honeymoon in Positano but it was also my wife’s birthday. We wanted to do something a little different so we decided to book a cooking class at Buca di Bacco. We were with a group of about 10 total and our chefs helped us cook up one hell of a meal consisting of pasta... More

We booked this cooking class whilst on our honeymoon in Positano. It was one of the highlights of our trip! We learnt how to make pizza, gnocci, fresh pesto sauce, aubergine parmigiana and almond chocolate cake and then got to eat it all with a bottle of wine! The chefs were fantastic and gave us lots of little cooking tips... More

We thought this was a five course dinner but it turned out to be four courses with no meat, fish or chicken. The instruction was good but for 120 EUs I expected more ingredients than tomatoes, flour, egg, potatoes etc. Some reviewers say that you can request a dish. We decided not to because we thought it would be better... More

I cannot say how much my wife and I enjoyed this class. We learned multiple new dishes to us. Getting to stay and eat with the group we cooked with was fantastic. This should be on your list of things to do in Positano.

My wife , daughter and I really enjoyed this course . We booked before leaving UK and asked could we cook a fish dish and this request was accommodated . Giuseppe the chef taking the course was knowledgable and answered all questions , mainly using the friendly interpreter . Prosecco was provided throughout and ample beer and wine with the... More
