There's nothing better than cooking with an Italian chef. The cooking class at the Hotel Buca di Bacco is such a fun way to spend a late afternoon. We sipped Prosecco as we learned how to make pizza, gnocchi, and eggplant parmesan.

The chefs that teach this class are wonderful. Listen to the interpreter....ask questions...you get more details. Such as adding sugar to the pizza dough...this carmelizes the crust when it is cooked in the pan. It gives the charred essence that you find with pizza ovens....More
