There was no charge for the archeological park the first week of December. There is a nicely maintained walk around the short loop trail . The ruins were a disappointment. Not much to see.

this has an entrance fee of 5euro. Compared to Pompeii, does not look like its worth paying an entrance fee and going in. But the park that it is in is very beautiful. Worth walking up to it. There is a water fountain too right...More

The city has a lot to offer in terms of sights--not so much here. It is basically a walk through the park. We would not recommend this as an important stop while you are in this beautiful little city. If you feel you just have...More

Archeological site of Etruscan/ Roman temple. Quite limited remains are still visible. The explanation (in English) is not so clear, and it is difficult to imagine how the buildings may have looked.

Although there is not much to see on the site itself, except the foundations of ruined Roman and Etruscan buildings, the Roman cistern is well-preserved and definitely worth a visit. The site also offers a beautiful view on the old town.

I wouldn't have paid the entrance fee to get in here, had it not have been included on the ticket for the Roman Theater on the other side of town. There wasn't much to see and unless you have a good imagination; it is mostly...More

We arrived close to closing, having been routed circuitously around a construction sight. The ruins are relatively small when compared to the Roman amphitheater. The underground area was closed.

Beautiful view from the park (free). The 5euro price for the ruins is higher than it's worth. I'm interested in the Etruscans so that's the only reason I went. Though you get entrance to the Roman Teatro also, so that might make it worth it;...More
