This is one of so many cemeteries maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. Those interred here are Canadians who lost their lives at Juno Beach. Saddest of all are the numbers of stones with no name, simply engraved "A Canadian Soldier of WWII".

It was a shame I was with a tour group as I wanted to spend hours here. The grounds are beautifully kept and it is one of the most peaceful yet harrowing places I’ve been in my life. Each tombstone had a quote that the...More

This cemetary is the final resting place of canadians who fought in the first part of the battle of Normandy, so DDay and beyond. Important to note that it is located in the village of Reviers, and not Beny-sur-Mer. The original cemetary was moved shortly...More

I visited several war memorials and cemeteries while in France, Belgium and The Netherlands. A great tribute to our soldiers who gave their lives for our freedom. Don't forget to sign the guest book.

Words fail me. Just moving. Another example of the damage done by war. May all those brave soldiers RIP.

High praise to the staff that maintain this cemetery, it was beautiful and very well maintained. Very emotional visit and quiet visit, this cemetery is off the beaten path. I would encourage everyone to visit and pay their respects to the brave soldiers buried here....More

Our family (two children ages 10 and 12) visited as part of our experience of WWII sites in Normandy. We read many of the gravestones together, and took time to remember the fallen soldiers. It was a moving experience.

Very quiet, moving, peaceful war cemetary in a lovely setting that serves the fallen well. The unifying environment where all soldiers are laid to rest with equal headstones are a reminder that we are all equal in the end.
