During a week long ski holiday my plan was to visit the spa every single day. I only managed to go twice, during the week. First time we went around 3 pm and there were hardly any people around. Second time went 5.45 right after skiing was over and the place was full. The staff was friendly and helpful. We... More

Our two sons went up to the baths one afternoon paid their 20 Euros each, showered and went to get in the pool. They were prevented from doing so by an attendant who said they couldn't go in because they were wearing swimming trunks and only "speedo" type trunks were allowed. They were not made aware of this when their... More

Nice activity in Cauterets. Very relaxing after ski or walking day. The place is nice and new. The outdoor pool is great. No short tipe swimsuit for men allowed. Just two hours stay might be short time if you want to deeply relax. A bit permissive with kids in my opinion, though a great place for families at the same... More

I think this spa is a bit underrated on TA, at least I was positively surprised. I visited it on weekend at the end of the day and it was not very crowded despite it's relatively small. Unpretentious but very well designed. Plenty of parking available nearby. The facility is modern, from lockers to saunas, very clean, and there are... More

I visited this particular Spa a few times through the year. The friendly staff quickly direct you and then you have two hours of all types of water "fun" From water jets massaging your muscles to a sauna and steam room. Many other activities, fitness and water aerobics to massages / face and body care and much more. The main... More

We bought the tickets together with the sky day at Cauterets. They didn't mentioned the rules about the specific style of wet suits for men. The only option was to buy wet suits for 10€, otherwise all our friends couldn't enter. We haven't received our money back and their service has been nasty. Bad service, not nice at all at... More

preatty place, many pools with special watter things. and one of the most special things is that they have a pool outside with the mountins view! the water is not very hot, so people who suffer from cold shouldn't go there in the winter

Amazing. Good value for a family of 4 cost around £50 for two hours, best thermal baths I have ever been to. Located in a beautiful village, a visit here after a long summer hike or day spent skiing in the winter would be heaven.

I went there in December 2014 with my sister. I wouldn't say that the staff is really friendly as the receptionist just announced the price for 2 hours without saying hello or else!! She did give us some flip flops as we forgot ours. We got changed and got to the pools. It is clean and quite big, the best... More

A very nice spa with two big pools with underwter jets and bubbling jacuzzis, hammam, dry sauna, relax-room with quiet smoothing music, and small sunbathe area around the outer pool with deckchairs. They offer a package of two tickets: one for Pont d'Espagne (Gaube lake) and the spa, which is 3€ less then two separate tickets. Suggestion: go to the... More
