I am genuinely interested in this ... I paid my money ... but everything was in French. Ok, I get that I am in France, but how hard would it be for them to either subtitle the display movies in other languages ..... English in my case, or give a handout ? I was in and out in about 5... More

The signs on the front suggest knights, dungeons and tours - the inside provides random poems written on posters, biggest unofficial model ship collection in Europe and 1980's French videos uncomfortably forcing you to stay a watch (even though I don't speak French) to get 'some' value for money... The other museum a few metres up the walkway provided a... More

Part of a set of museums included in one ticket and managed to be the worst of a bad bunch. Some models of ships from around the world and two videos in French. Dire. Avoid.

Very boring old-fashioned museum. There are some videos that may be interesting but they are exclusively in French without translation and my knowledge of French is insufficient to understand them.

Same story since 20 years, same walls..... just avoid all the museums. MONEY WASTE. No investment on the renewal of the subjects and the scenes.

Unless your a huge wooden model boat fan this is not the museum for you. There are three small floors of model boats of good quality and design located behind illuminated glass, but that is all there is to see. The tickets and museums are displayed with a bit of false advertising because these museums mention the prison/dungeon, yet you... More

Simply don't bother and don't waste your ticket money, as it's not worth it. Boat models were uninspiring & really not so good. Rather amateurish at best & not relevant either. Needs a lot of improvement before the Museum even rates a 3. Avoid...

Terrible. We bought a ticket which was about £15 each for three museums. ALL of them were in French with no English at all. Needless to say, the guy selling the tickets didn't tell us this. In the final museum they actually told us to miss out two thirds of it because there was nothing in English. Disgusting, not that... More

Don't waste money, there is not much to see. I expertes to see more historical pieces, but walking from one room to the other all you get is more steps before reaching the gift shop.

It must have taken us all of 15 minutes to walk around the museum, even though we watch every video and read every panel. I speak fluent French so it did not bother me that nothing was in English, but even though I understood everything, I can honestly say that I could have gone online and found out more information...
