If you like to trek, I recommend you to go to beaches in Calanque de Port Pin and D'En Vau. It is quiet easy to access them from the city center of Cassis without car (30 min walk), but there are some vans which let...More

This is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. The combination of azure clear waters and the cliffs overgrown with evergreen pines is absolutely stunning and it's definitely worth the hike even though it's not an easy one (and put on good shoes,...More

We went for a walk along the Calanques, admiring the beautiful views and amazing colours in the sea. A fog came in quite quickly and spoilt the view, but it was still atmospheric and didn’t spoil our trip. Well worth a visit.

If you take a boat ride, you have a choice of how many calanques you wish to visit. We visited three, as the wind had picked up and the sea was a bit rough. They are picturesque, but three was probably enough. To hike, plan...More

We took the shortest boat tour of the Calanques, which visits 3 of the 5, because of the time available. The Calanques are beautiful and easy to view from the boat, but we were glad we had taken the shortest trip since we did not...More

A great hike from the port in Cassis! They are a little difficult to find without a map, but there are some signs and landmarks along the way. One path to Port Pin was really hidden, and I actually passed it and had to return....More

Three hours boat trip from Bandol, stunning views all the time. The captain spoke a beautiful, but too rapid French, so we missed a lot of his informastion. We asked him to speak more slowly, and he did, for half a minute.Difficult to remember .....More

We didnt take a boat because we thought doing the track we could see more beautiful views and we were right. Of course was tiring, special for me who is not a sporty person, but we enjoyed the beaches in the path.

We took a boat trip to view the calanques, and it was quite nice. The calanques are very beautiful and unique, and some have beaches that could be nice to visit. For us, the boat trip was enough.

I do not know the answer to this question . I would recommend to contact the Cassis tourist office . They have a good web site .

Well , we were there in May , 2017 . Water was certainly cool but there were still people in the water . I would suggest to ask " Google " any time for water temperature . For example , August 28 was 22.2 C and 72 F . So... More

As Peter C said, you go to a large kiosk in the harbour and take the tour boat. I'm sure you can also hire a private boat. There are lots of boats in the harbour so you could take a walk about and see if anyone offers it... More
