We love this place because its not a ski resort! Its a real and charming french village with skiing. Great selection of restaurants, bars and shops, and prices for all. The skiing is also demanding from the unrelenting Balme area through to the gentle slopes...More

We are planning on coming for a week's skiing in the weekend beginning 13th March. Is the snow likely to be decent (as we would like to do the more challenging runs and maybe some off piste)? I'm also really interested in taking a day to see the region's wildlife - are there any good spots for this? Thanks :)
