Worth the trip to enjoy gorgeous view of Mont Blanc in the distance. The road is very busy though, with bicycles, motorbikes, minivans, trailers of all kind. Drive cautiously and safely there to fully enjoy the view .

On an fine day, this is a great place to view Mt. Blanc and have a nice lunch. On the weekend when the weather is good, you need to book ahead if you want a meal.

We spent 3hours exploring Col des Aravis the Church of Sainte Anne is marvelous and the dairy cows walking across the road to be milked was quite novel. Watching the sunset on Mont Blanc as it changed color to a shade of pink was majestic....More

Great environment, at the time we were there it was a bit chilly. Just take a sweater and jacket. Nice environment to go walking/hiking. There are some restaurants at the place where you can park your car. And from there you can walk uphill to...More
