I booked a 1 hour Snowboarding lesson with ESP on 6th Feb. The teacher turned up 10 minutes late and spoke poor English, for example unable to say “Straight on”. By his own admittance he didn’t like teaching Snowboarding over Skiing. The lesson finished 12 minutes early. What did I get for my 1 hour lesson? 38 minutes on the... More

Our children have been having lessons with ESF since they started Piou Piou. They are now both technically sublime to watch. The cross over of child being better than parent arriving so much sooner than we thought. I thought they would be at least 10 before they would be better than me not eight! Even our 5-year old is going... More

Excellent tuition from Olivier for mine and our friends 4 children (2 x 9 years old and 2 x 5 years). All were beginners and were skiing blue and reds within the week going up to 2,700 meters, doing jumps and just loving it. Olivier's warm personality, skill and patience were key to this success and how well the children... More

I was in Tignes Le Lac with 3 other friends for 7 days. 3 of us took lessons with ESF. We had small groups (2 to 5 persons, changing from day to day) and I improved a lot on my snowboarding. Before this holiday I could hardly jump a fs180 and after this holiday I did 180's in all directions... More

3 day ski break and one beginner and one improver. We had private lessons with Laurent and Sebastian. Brilliant teachers. Our friends used another school at Tignes le lac, no where near the quality of teaching and close attention. Our teachers worked so much harder then alternative schools. Really great teaching. Worth every penny Arrif

Can recommend the 5 day lunchtime private lessons for 1-3 students. Excellent English speaking instructor, really good value and all children improved over the 5 days.

Lovely instructor (Claude) and great lessons even though I was very nervous. There were mixed abilities (some better than others) but he tailored the activity and also pushed us.

ESF instructors ski the local mountains around Espace Killy like the back of their hands and that knowledge shows. After just two weeks' tuition my eldest (6) is confident enough to jump on/off a poma lift himself and zip down a 150 metre slope, making turns to control his speed. He was lucky to have Ludo as an instructor (the... More

Family ski holiday with children and adults at different levels of ski ability. All of us who wished for lessons fitted within ESF's excellent teaching structure. The lessons for the youngest were fun and with appropriate expectation of development. The lessons for the older child incorporated jumps/speed and finesse which covered all of her aspirations, thanks Marmotte. Lessons for teens... More
