The park was full, despite being an off season school day, but the trail was pretty quiet. Wonderful cold, clear water, no higher than our necks, so we did the entire water trail with no problem. Lots of room to swim and chill in the water.
Not expensive, well worth it. While C-19 regulations last, one must pre-register on the website before visiting.

You can't get any more water on your water hike than t Majrasa: The stream *is* the trail. You wade/swim through the beautiful Majrasa/Daiyot stream.

It starts off as a narrow shaded wading stream and widens out into lovely wide open pools perfect for swimming.

Bring a lunch and relax afterwards at one of the many tables in the shady olive tree groves along the banks.

This is the quintessential Israeli water hike. Families, couples and excited groups of kids all had a great time walking through the stream. The water depth ranges from ankle high to chest high. Some knew to bring flotation devices. We were very glad to have our hiking poles with us.
The park facilities are good, including lots of picnic tables and a snack shop.

Very nice 2 hours experience in the water.
Sometimes walking, sometimes swimming.
Was there with the family.
2.kids (13, 5)
Both can swim though.
At the end the walk back to the car park is not the best but OK.

That time of year, mid of the week,
Good chance the place is empty, and you will have it all to yourself.

Even I know this area quite well, I have heard about this place only a little while ago. It is a wonderful water hike. The water is not to cold but still refreshing. You can do the trip even with little kids, the water is not very deep. Only the last part is deeper and only good for children over 12, there is also a sign. The plants around are amazing, you can see also colorful birds. If you are lucky you can even see some turtles jumping in the water.
Don`t miss this trip!

Shaded walk down a creek towards the Sea of Galilee. Our 5 y/o grandson was able to walk it in late August, in the rainy season he'd probably have to swim. There is a parallel "dry" path.

Nice and unique experience for families and couples.
Cool way to chill your body temperature while observing the green landscape of the resort.

This is a short (but fun!) walk in a freezing stream of water.
The water are very clear and reach a maximum waist height.

We went on this hike as part of a full day tour in the Golan. It was seriously hot out, and this hike was a great, fun interlude in a cool and shady location. You can walk on the path (dry) or through the water, which at its deepest was about waist high for me at 5'2". The children in our group had no trouble with the rocky path, choosing to float or swim when they wanted to. The water path is all rock, so you have to tread carefully and wear water sandals or shoes.
The water walk is not suitable for little children, pregnant women or elderly. The dry path is an easy alternative, and there are steps down to the water in the middle for those who opted for the dry path.
There's a little concession stand on the park grounds that sells water shoes, bathing suits and hats if needed as well as bottled water and ice cream.
We went in our clothing, but I would recommend going in a bathing suit. There are bathrooms and changing rooms located on the park grounds.

We walked in shalow water for less than an hour. The place could have been really nice and cool in the midst of the summer. but a group of american teenagers with a horrible guide, screamed like crazy people all the time we were there ( it was slome kind of a game). I recommend to walk from the parking to the stairs and go down to the.pond and start there. Due to security limits, ministry of education does not let students to go further. For us it was too late. If we knew it before, it would have saved our day.
