Purchase of a Scott strike 920 MTB rental on 08/17/2024, very friendly staff and great choice of quality sports equipment in this store.
A mountain bike in super condition with 380 kms for almost half the new price. I had to have the brake pads replaced (because a little limit) and a lubrication and reapply of the rear wheel hub in a store in France, Alex sport reimbursed me in full and quickly the expenses.
Bravo and thank you for their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness.
I recommend this brand for all sports enthusiasts or anyone wanting to have fun with good equipment and good advice.

Enseigne installée depuis très longtemps à Crans mais malheureusement ils ne se préoccupent plus de la qualité du service qu ils offrent.
Je dirai que les personnes qui vous donnent les skis sont aimable mais alors dès que vous vous dirigez à la caisse ça dévale.... si froids.... aucune amabilité, pas du tout commerçant. C est dommage!!!
Vous pouvez plus cher qu ailleurs et en plus un moins bon service, ski donné beaucoup trop grands pour les enfants on doit revenir pour les changer...
