Unsure on what to do on our day off work and tossing up on this or Currumbin wildlife park..I'm so glad we chose to go here. It was lovely and relaxing not too many people, well priced and very informative. We arrived just in time for the 11am show (Creatures of the night) this for us was the highlight. You... More

This site is a national trust reserve , it has a lot of history land donated by David Fleay. They are rebuilding and adding more each time I go there ,Staff are lovely, you can take your own picnic or buy from their cafe.

This is a small animal park and needs to be appreciated by speaking to the guides and taking the time to stop and enjoy the animals. Don't miss the bird show at lunch, this has to be one of the best shows I've seen!!!

Brilliant clean, safe, compact place, shade, seating, great talks and presentations. Much cheaper than touristy options and good food at fair prices too. Highly recommended to locals and tourists and needs to be more well known for the natural animal option that it is while still getting close to what you want to see.

Great day with small kids. Indigenous flavour to the wildlife talks is culturally enriching. Great information taught and the chance to get up close to the animals.

We visited with 4 children including 2 teenagers and we all loved it. The bird show was fantastic with birds flying overhead. While disappointed the crocs weren't fed (due to feeding season over as they are resting over winter) the staff talk was still good. We were able yo get close up and get good photos and at the end... I took my kids here decades ago and I remembered the experience with much joy. I returned the other day with the grand kids and found the park to still hold the wonders for children that it did years ago. Among the attractions are three that stood out for us. You can get to see a baby bilby. ( Just... More

The staff here are very knowledgable about the Australian wildlife, and it wasn't crowded, unlike some of the more commercial attractions. A special thrill for the kids was the birds of prey show, with owls and eagles swooping over the audience.
