We stumbled across this little gem late one afternoon.... The car park is £3 although as national trust members it was free! Walk down a steep-ish slope and you hit the beach. slope is stoney and rough and not suitable for people with poor mobility....More

Beach itself is very stoney but sandy when tide is out. Sensible shoes will be needed if you want to get to the sand. You can sit in the fields above the beach and enjoy the view. Very nice cream teas from the shop.

Very rocky with sand at the waters edge. Parking is £4 free for NT members. Life guards are watching over the swimmer's and some nice waves for surfers. Toilets and a café complete the picture. Take chairs and flip flops!

Lovely beech area when tide is out, otherwise very cobbly! coastal erosion very evident. Lifeguards are present during the summer season, can get very busy!

it has a steep hill to and from the car park, so could be difficult for mobility and pushchairs. Pebble beach when the tide is in, beautiful clean expanse of sand when the tide is going out.

A short, steep walk down to the beach where children can play and dogs run. Good parking (N.T.) Very good tea rooms, nice food, outside seating, toilets.

Hi, My answer depends on the severity of the disability. There is a route from the car park to the beach, but it's not flat path and the descent is quite steep. There are also a couple of steps at the end. I hope this has... More

Not one of the best in the area for surfing... but hope the following helps! Sandymouth - the northerly end of the sandy beach running about two miles down to Bude. The beach faces west and works best with light easterly... More
