The guide was very informative and as the weather was so warm the time was just about right. Some great views from the suspended bridge.

This nature reserve is no longer at the hotel, so do not book if that is one of your key reasons for staying. The orangutans are now on the other side of the island but a day trip is easy to organise and well worth...More

7.30 start we meet our guide and we tracked through the forrest he pointed out insects and birds we stopped at the top of the ridge and went up the tower where we soon had monkey all round us great experience

Great, early morning walk with an excellent guide. It was quite hard to get good views of the birds in the thick jungle and shows how wild and natural it is. We were not looking for a zoo like experience and this is definitely not....More

This walk is lovely however be prepared for steep climbing up to the summit where you can see spectacular views of the hotel and surrounding area Take water with you and wear trainer with lots of deet sprayed on you.

The night walk is still there. You just need long trousers and hiking shoes. Dont know exact price but not very expensive

Hi Diane C, you will need a guide to trek inside the reserve for safety reasons. But for the garden area you can walk around without a guide.
