Great Archeological Site. A must visit if you are staying in Mykonos. Boats are going to the Island more than once a day and you can book a trip with a guide.

The Archaeological Site of Delos is not to be missed. First off, it was HUGE! With the provided map, you could really envision the city as if it had come to life right before your very eyes. We took a tour through the site and...More

Difficult to fathom the reality of this ancient archealogical site ... walking along a path previously walked on in the 6th Century BC! The information offered during the self guided walking tour is excellent. The museum which houses many relics is very interesting. However, 1...More

Am a history geek, so this place was a dream; huge complex of ruins and beautfully preserved columns and statues. However, the boat costs 20eur (return) to get there, and then another 12 eur to go in...however, worth a visit indeed!

We booked the 9am ferry in advance. Its a half hr ride over to Delos from Mykonos. Early morning is best to avoid the crowds. The next ferry isnt until 12.30, but the time flies. The area is steeped in history. Wear suitable shoes as...More

A must do when in mykonos. Take a guide otherwise you will not understand the full history of the place. Better than Pompei site.

The ferry ride, though quite rocky, was worth the trip to see so much history. Definitely do the guided tour -- our guide was an archeologist and had so much to say about everything on the island. Glad we made the effort to leave Mykonos...More

They run two times a week on Wednesday and Sunday. They have multiple stops at other islands which you can also explore.
