We stayed here in a VRBO.com house and we’re very pleased. This is a vacation village with limited restaurants, but reasonable prices for rental and food. We were within driving distance of Lisbon, Sinatra, Cascais, Obidos, etc. Reasonable prices, quiet, gorgeous beach, friendly folks. Perfect...More

We first visited Areia Branca ten years ago and immediately felt at home! And it kept surprising us all along! Few places on earth are able to combine such often opposing attributes. It's relaxed, but vibrant, wild but well cared for, genuine and tourist-friendly!

I've been to Praia Da Areia Branca on numerous occassions since a child. It's a lovely beach (providing the winter seas aren't in), with great bars easily accessible, and an array of restaurants too, from which I highly recommend a Bifana or Bitoque! The area...More
