Probably their kayaks are very charming, but I will never know. Why? They didn't show up!I booked the 9:30 pm tour, and be there at 9:20 pm. I waited until 10:20 pm and nobody was showing up. Also, nobody tried to contact me. Today is my last day in Puerto Rico and I'm so disappointed about it.

Even if you are a seasoned kayeker such as myself, this is a whole new (and wonderful) experience!!! My 13-year-old son and I went on a the Biobay tour on Easter Sunday night and it was fabulous! The Bay was enclosed in darkness, as promised by the advice of the lovely woman I spoke to on the phone when planning... More

A must do. Try to do a moonless night, also known as a new moon. Our tour had two guides to help keep track of everyone. There were people on the tour with no kayaking experience, and they were fine. The guides were very knowledgeable about the bay and the biology there. As a bonus, if you look up into... More

Went on the Bio tour and was awesome! The night boat ride on the pontoon was not overly crowded and very informative and the staff was knew their stuff!

Nelson picked us up a bit late and I was worried but we got out in the bay and he talked about the bio-luminescent phenomenon which we had already researched, but he added some info. Then we got out on our own with the clear bottom kayaks and WOW. It was incredible. Everything around us and below was lighting up.... More

We chose theses guys because they seemed honest when we talked to them at their info hut. They were also white English speakers and we wanted to learn about the complete bio bay system. When the driver met our group at the hut he grunted at us to sign a waiver and get on the mini bus, my thoughts of... More

Nelson is probably the worst tour guide ever. He was on his phone the whole time in the bay and said about 10 words to us. Overpriced, uninformative, unentertaining. Use a different tour service!!!!!!

Booked a trip for me and my wife to go on the bio tour and they were awesome! We were the only two that went on the late tour (they could've easily moved us or canceled) and got a private tour. The crew was knowledgeable and fun. I would recommend and plan to go again! Rented Scooters from them on... More

The bio Bay tour was awesome and well coordinated, I'd say it's s bit pricey but well worth the experience. The scorer rental experience was a headache as they only have about 25 scooters and being the only scooter rental company in Esperanza demand outstrips supply. They do not take reservations it seems so your best bet is to be... More
