Our family was up from London and we were looking for somewhere to take our granddaughter for Easter Sunday. Decided on Kelburn Castle and Country Centre...what a complete rip off. After paying £30. for a Family Ticket we found that we had either to pay for almost everything else - pony rides, soft play, the Willy Wonka feature (it was... More

My first visit to Kelburn with my family although they had been there before. Easter Monday was bound to be busy and the first stop was the Café. My daughter ordered 2 lattes and I pot of tea. No skimmed milk for my daughter and no sweeteners for me and had we known in advance, we wouldn't have placed an... More

I cannot recommend this event enough . We were allocated a late slot and the staff were as committed and enthusiastic and you would want. The muddy ground didn't spoil this wonderful day.

Visited with toddler, 7&9 year old for Willy Wonka event. Was lots of fun and kids really enjoyed. I took advice of leaving pram but wonka trail wasn't really carrier friendly. Lots of small spaces to squeeze through. Also park wasn't safe as too slippery which was a shame. Cafe was also very run down. I think this would be... More

It cost us £48 for 4 adults, a 14 year old, a 5 year old and a baby. There was an Easter egg hunt which we missed but they could have done this a few more times rather than just twice but the staff kindly gave us a few plastic eggs to hide and gave our daughters a treat for... More

We paid £48 for this event (2 adults and 2 7 year olds). The Golden ticket event was a good 30 would have prefered it if the kids got to keep the 'golden ticket' as a keep sake but hey its not a big deal. I think there was a lot of time and effort put into this part of... More

We used our itison voucher to visit 12/4/17, we had a brilliant day and spent 7 hours there. Fabulous walks and scenery (if your fit enough a lot is uphill). Kids loved the duck race, the saloon, the adventure playground and the chickens and goats. We didn't even get into the playbarn as we were too occupied with everything else.... More

We had been recommended Kelburn Castle and had wanted to visit for some time. The organisation was not wonderful and we did wonder whether it would come up to expectations. The staff were lovely and did make the day for all of us. The children wanted to go into the play barn, which did not open until 12pm because of... More

Fun adventurous day out. The castle is so unique with the graffiti exterior. Dissapointed we were there during construction work and the castle was covered in scaffolding which ruined awesome photo opportunities. Perfect to visit on a sunny day as you can also explore the gardens and the forest. There are some animals in the estate as well. We enjoyed... More
