Great to learn about the history and process. Was very last tour and the waited for us. Tour guide Sonya was excellent. Excellent communication skills and even speaking German to one of the group. Explained one of our party was not great walking and she couldn't be more accommodating. Definitely worth a visit and hope you get Sonya for your... More

Tour of the distillery was very good, interesting how my favourite Black Bush arrives into the bottle. The free one at the end and the tour guide Amber made it a tour to remember!

Tour is good if you are interested in knowing how Irish whiskey is made. If you want more than the "shot" that comes with the tour, try the tasting bar where you sample three whiskeys. Not being a great whiskey drinker, I liked the restaurant best. It is very reasonably priced and as well as the cafeteria style offerings, there... More

This was recommended to us and so glad we did it! I have never been to a distillery before so it was really interesting to see and our tour guide was very good. The tour ended with a free sample of whiskey of course and we opted for the 12 year old whiskey that was so smooth and delicious, this... More

This was a great tour. Drove up from Belfast. Rented a car from Enterprise (very friendly), automatic with gps. No problems with left side driving after a while 😀. Small group on tour. TAKE A REGULAR CAMERA as they don't allow cell phone pics 🙁. Very informational and the tour covers from start to finish (mash to bottling) all process... More

Totally awesome place to visit. Our tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgable. We loved that it is an actual working distillery You could look and see the different processes, that happen during the distilling of the whiskey. It was very cool to see.

We stopped by this distillery on a tour around Northern Ireland. The tour was very informative with a lot of history behind the brand. They originally were the first to obtain a legal distillery license in 1608. The tour lasts around 45 minutes and it's one of the few distilleries that has on site bottling. Our tour guide was entertaining... More

This is the third distillery I have visited, although the other two were in Scotland. Bushmills is world renowned for its whiskey. The process is slightly different from how Scotch whiskey is made as the barley malt is not dried for as long. The distillery is the only one that produces whiskey products for Bushmills, although they ship about 800,000... More

We had a great visit and got to tour the distillery. A guide takes about 10-15 people on each tour and you walk through the working distillery. One drawback is that you cant take pictures on the tour due to the risk of a flash setting off alcohol vapors, but you can take pictures in the tasting room at the... More
