The Giants Causeway is a must see once in your lifetime, great photo opportunities and wonderful views. Main visitors centre is ok, but a little expensive. Staff very professional and friendly.

Travelled here with friends. The visitor centre is first class. All personnel friendly, clean and helpful. Food brilliant, toilets clean. The place is well laid out catering to disabled, foreign visitors, coaches, school trips. I really, really enjoyed it.

The entrance fee was included with our stay in the Causeway Hotel. This is a modern and spacious centre with a charming coffee shop.

The 8th Wonder of the World is well worth a visit. Access is now strictly controlled by National Trust, and although they have an impressive Visitor Centre it is a necessary evil in order to protect the attraction. The Visitor Centre has plenty to do, café, interactive learning, animated folk stories, toilets and shop. They also provide audio devices to... More

I was very surprised to arrive at the centre which is very big. There's lots to see before even embarking on the trek or bus to go down to the causeway itself. Videos can be watched and some window shopping. Very pleasant attendants welcome you as you pass through the place. Be warned, if you don't want to go down... More

Yes, it's sort of in the middle of nowhere, but ... incredible. The visitors center offers history and mythology about the causeway, parking and (best of all) a bus ride to and from the stones themselves. These ancient stones, arranged almost magically, almost make you suspend belief. Photos do not do the site justice.

Have been to the Giant's Causeway many years ago so was disappointed to have to go through the visitors' centre and get ripped off with expensive food, snacks and souvenirs. Better to park off road if possible and walk to the causeway. You'll still experience the staff blowing whistles to warn customers of unsafe (in their view) practices but put... More

I have always wanted to see the Giant's Causeway so took the opportunity when in Northern Ireland! We are members of the Scottish National Trust so we're able to access the visitors centre and audio guidebooks free of charge. We felt that there wasn't a lot at the visitors centre and would have been annoyed had we needed to pay... More

The visitor's centre has a lot to offer, from the history behind the story (good for kids), to actually how it formed millions of years ago. The centre offers all the facilities you would expect from tourist souvenirs to cafe. Very clean and modern centre and staff very welcoming. Also remember the currency is GBP and not Euro's.

The exhibition is informative and done in an interactive style. Very engaging. The cafe is quite expensive so eat before visiting.
