I find the staff to be very rude not a great atmosphere and very badly organised this is not a good place to go staff shout at the kids and are rude towards customers. Experience for the kids ruined unfortunately ruined our day
Badly managed not even in the place an hour
badly sign posted only way you see the sign is coming from the roundabout going in to newtownards Town but on the way out there is nothing.

I’m sorry to read you had a bad experience at our centre.
In relation to sign posts in order to find us, unfortunately we are not permitted by local council to have any additional signage, therefore this is beyond our control.
