I find the staff to be very rude not a great atmosphere and very badly organised this is not a good place to go staff shout at the kids and are rude towards customers. Experience for the kids ruined unfortunately ruined our day

There's a soft play area for tots ie 1-4 and a bigger area for the older kids. I would say that kids usually like this type of pĺay if they are up to 11-12 years old
